September 2015: A Leap of Faith
In July, ICEJ Arise once again had the privilege of hosting 45 young adults from around the world for a tour of Israel. For many of the young people, the tour proved to be life changing, where God would transform their hearts, renew their minds by His Word, and set their lives ablaze for the spreading of the Gospel...

June 2015: Inside the Druze Community
We just returned from a major gathering in the USA of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC). One of the most impacting encounters was a meeting with a Persian pastor who reaches out to his native country of Iran by print, internet and the airwaves. I had to realise that a nation which seems so bleak and hopeless according to our media has actually become a beacon of hope. This is not because the radical Islamic regime is changing, but because the spiritual atmosphere within Iran is changing dramatically.

May 2015: Seventy Years Since the Holocaust
Looking around us, it is clear that anti-Semitism is rising again at an alarming rate and at the same time, as Christians we see our brethren persecuted in many places, most notably in the Middle East. While all of this is going on, many of us may feel that it is simply overwhelming. It is easier to be silent than to confront these issues. The problem is that silence is a choice. One of the clear universal lessons of the Holocaust is that silence will always help the perpetrator but never the victim of persecution. At the moment, more than 20% of the approximately eight million citizens of Papua New Guinea are born-again believers. But this does not give the full picture of the spiritual landscape of the nation. About 80% call themselves Christians and in this country it means you have turned away from idols to the living God – the God of the Bible! So as a people, they have now gone from paganism to being a God-fearing nation in just a few short generations.

March 2015: 'Israel Reformation' in the Church
There is without question an increasing sense of darkness spreading over many nations. People are afraid and “men’s hearts are failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming…” (Luke 21:26). Yet at the same time, the prophet sees the light of God rising over His people like the morning dawn. God is still at work as His kingdom grows even in the midst of great adversity. And He calls us to "arise and shine".

November - December 2014: Feast Special Report
We have just celebrated another wonderful Feast of Tabernacles in Jerusalem. After every single Feast, people come and say, “This was the best Feast ever!” In many ways it was always true, as God has showed up every year at Sukkot and in unique ways made each Feast special in its own right. But this year was indeed an historic gathering and we sensed that it was a Feast of many breakthroughs.
